Cancellation policy.

We understand that plans can change, and we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your appointment.

At least 24 hours before your appointment

You can cancel your appointment online using the booking management link in your confirmation email.

Online cancellation is unavailable. Please contact Rashika directly as soon as possible to discuss your appointment.

All appointment times follow Perth, Western Australia local time.

If you are running late, please contact RG Nails as soon as possible.

Depending on the remaining appointment time and availability, alternative arrangements may need to be discussed. Changes cannot always be guaranteed.

If you cannot attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not notified RG Nails, your appointment may be recorded as a No-show.

Missed appointments make it difficult for other clients to book available times, so we appreciate your consideration.

No automatic cancellation fees, no-show fees, deposits or financial penalties are introduced by this policy.
